As I reflect on 2025, one word rises above all others: gratitude.
This year marked one of the biggest transitions of my professional life—closing my Wyoming studio and reopening in Helena, Montana. Change at this scale is never simple, and it certainly is not seamless. Yet what made this year extraordinary was the people who stood beside me through every pivot, recalibration, and growing pain.
To my Wyoming clients: thank you.
Your loyalty during the transition meant more than you know. You stayed with me as I closed a beautiful space on Gillette Ave, shifted software platforms, adjusted membership rates, and refined membership structures to support long-term sustainability. You trusted the process even when it was inconvenient. That patience, flexibility, and belief in my work is something I will never take lightly.
To my founding Helena members: you are the heartbeat of Aspen & Pine Pilates.
You showed up early—sometimes literally while the studio was still finding its rhythm on Great Northern Boulevard. You trained through the inevitable kinks of launching a new space, you embraced change, and you became ambassadors for something Helena truly needed: authentic classical Pilates taught as a complete system. You spread the word, you trusted me with your bodies, and you allowed me to do the work I care most deeply about.
To my online clients: your consistency and commitment bridged two states and reminded me that great work transcends location. You remained steady as everything around me shifted, and your continued support gave me the confidence to build forward.
And then there are the clients who inspire me daily.
The husband-and-wife team who are changing their lives together—losing fat, building strength, and modeling resilience and discipline for their children. Watching a family choose health, movement, and longevity as shared values is nothing short of powerful. I am so proud of you!
The Helena client whose transformation continues to leave me in awe—losing significant body fat while maintaining muscle mass, using Pilates as her primary training method. This is the hardest part of fat loss, and you have approached it with patience, intelligence, and relentless consistency. Your perseverance is a testament to what happens when the method is respected and the work is done with intention. Your transformation is awe inspiring while your hard work is relentless. (I know you are cheating on me while you are on vacation and doing pilates while you travel. Your dedication to changing your body and your life is so incredible! Please keep cheating, I will see you soon at 828 Great Northern.)
2025 was not just a business year—it was a year of trust. Trust placed in me as a teacher, a business owner, and a steward of people’s health. I do not take that responsibility lightly.
To every client who showed up, stayed curious, remained patient, and believed in the long game: thank you. You are the reason this work matters—and the reason 2026 will be even stronger.
With deep appreciation,
Juanita
