Beginner Pilates Privates
Our beginner Pilates privates are designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates and help you build a strong foundation. You’ll learn the basics of the equipment, alignment, and Pilates exercises tailored to your body and needs. Our welcome package gives you two private sessions for the price of one.
Pilates for Rehabilitation / Back Pain
Pilates can be a great way to aid in the rehabilitation process after an injury or surgery. Our certified instructors have experience working with clients who are recovering from a variety of injuries and can help you develop a safe and effective workout plan that will help you regain strength, mobility, and range of motion. Private post-rehab sessions are necessary before starting semi-private classes.
Pilates for Seniors
Pilates is a low-impact exercise that can be a great way for seniors to stay active and improve their overall health and well-being. Our certified instructors have experience working with seniors and can help you modify exercises to meet your specific needs. Hip replacements, knee replacements and osteoporosis are common in our senior semi-private sessions.
